Adrian, aged 63 of Westward Ho! passed away unexpectedly at the North Devon District Hospital, on 25th November 2023.He lived in Westward Ho! for most of his life, where in his younger days, he served the community, through his time with the Coastguards. He took pride in his work as an electrical engineer, providing specialist knowledge and skills for mending and servicing parts for Vintage cars. A job he thoroughly enjoyed. Indeed, he also enjoyed all types of transport.
Adrian was a loving fiancĂ© to Allyson and a caring stepfather to Daryl and Rhianydd and more recently, welcomed Emma, Daryl’s wife, to the family. He was known as a kind and helpful man and would always want to help and support whenever he could.
Adrian had not been well for some time, but still managed to retain his wicked sense of humour, almost to the end. An inspiration to all.
He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, neighbours and customers.
There will be a celebration of his life at the North Devon Crematorium, Aspen Chapel, on Wednesday 20th December at 2.20pm for those who wish to attend. Please feel comfortable to wear an accent of red on the day, if you would like. It was a colour that he liked. Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers, for The Coastguard Association or RNLI (Appledore) by retiring collection or c/o Braddicks & Sherborne Funeral Directors, No 1 Abbotsham Road, Bideford, EX39 3AF (01237) 477222. Thank you.

Rest in internal peace Ade my first boyfriend husband and dog dad to all our springers but above all that you were to me my dearest friend. I will miss our chats, laughs and putting the world to rights. 41 years of knowing went far to quickly and you left far to soon. I will speak your name and remember you always. Sleep soundly
    Much love always
