I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Don. I bumped into him many mornings during school drop-off, when he was on his way for a swim. He always stopped for a chat and it was always a brighter morning for the meeting. We’re sending all his family love and light during this sad time. What a lovely man he was. Rest in Peace, dear Don.

The CWNBR send sincerest condolences and heartfelt wishes to Don’s family. I have had the privilege of riding with Don, and marshaling with him on many WNBR events. To say that he was a lovely man is an understatement. He exuded warmth, charm and confidence wherever he went.

Don was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word, and he will be sorely missed.

Much love and respect from all at the CWNBR.

We still can’t believe Don’s gone. We talk about him and remember all the ways he was there for everyone. Lots of things we didn’t realise he did. The funeral was so lovely, and seeing how many people came just showed how much he meant to his and the whole community. Lots of love Deb, Sheila and Paul xxxx
