    Sleep well “Mr Bideford”

You will be sorely missed as a Cllr for Bideford, your depth of knowledge and voice of reason in our meetings is already missing- huge void for our town!
Thank you for a lifetime of service for Bideford, I always thought you were a time lord as you never aged.. you have left your mark in this world as a great compassionate man who to me will always be one of Bideford’s greatest citizens…..
Condolences to your beautiful family at this very sad time.

Peter taught me A Level geography. He was an inspiration to us all. He will be sadly missed and was always somebody to look up to. He worked so hard for the community. R.I.P Peter. Deepest sympathy to his family. :tealights:
