I used to sit behind her at Junior School. Always full of fun and jollity. Am so sad to see this. I know Arf would be too. Will think of you all at this very sad time.

Prue there’s no right words. You will be so dearly missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing you.
I’m sorry you couldn’t find peace here on earth, but I really hope your reunited with your mum and husband and are at peace. You will always be in my thoughts – a truely wonderful person like yourself can never be forgotten.

I remember lovely Prue from our growing up years. The image in my mind is of a wonderful, kind & cheerful lady who was so very very proud of her girls.
Sending love & thoughts to you all. :candle:

My childhood and teenage friend so shocked and saddened at her loss
A proper Appledore maid small in stature but huge in personality and presence

They say good things come in small packages, and you certainly did. You supported me in my job at Bideford Hospital and remained a friend long afterwards. My children were privileged to call you “Aunty Prue” because you were always interested in them however the years moved on. May you now go gently into the long goodnight and rest in peace with John who was one of the kindness most gentle men who ever walked the earth. :tealights:
