From the first telephone call made to Lee Sherborne and his team we were treated with understanding and empathy. We were guided throughout the whole process with compassion and we valued the advice and guidance which was expertly explained.

The funeral was efficiently planned and carried out and we were kept updated of the whole process from beginning to end.

The consideration shown throughout was greatly appreciated at a time of loss and sadness and we felt Lee cared for us as well as mum. Thank you

The full team at Braddicks & Sherborne have just been absolutely outstanding from the first phone call.

At such a difficult time they have made each step of the way a little easier with their care, understanding and attention to detail and nothing has been too much trouble.

Their level of professionalism is perfect and on the day of the service every detail and request was met.

I can’t thank you enough for the service you have provided and for going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service.

Everyone at Braddicks and Sherbourne have been amazing, helping and guiding me through organising a funeral for my dad. It was made more difficult because I don’t live local but I couldn’t fault the service they provided for me and my family.

From the moment my Mum phoned Braddicks and Sherborne to enquire about a funeral for my late Dad we we treated with kindness and respect. Lee visited us at home and talked us through everything that we were required to do regarding the legal side, ie registering Dads death. Lee suggested using Mary Law a celebrant as Dad was not religious. Nothing was too much trouble, I visited the funeral parlour in Bideford several times with various queries, all of which were dealt with sympathy and care. Lee and his staff took great care of us all on the day of the funeral. Guiding the family members who were carrying the coffin. Mary Law gave a lovely service. I think Dad would be happy with his send off. Thank you to Lee and his staff and Mary for looking after us all through such a sad time.
